GUESS WHAT?!

There are 6 staff positions open! Of course, you will need to audition for it because not just anyone can apply for it. The two positions open are Affiliating and Advertising Moderator. We need people we can trust to manage the affiliating and advertising. Also I will need another Co Admin, Since Pexxy is MIA i need someone else, I would also like to get Two BIO moderators, I just need a little bit of help around here. I would also like to have a coder at the site, i need someone that is great with coding and that kinda stuff

What does it entitle?

The affiliating and advertising board will completely be in your control. You will enforce the rules, deleting those who don't follow them and even add those who ask to affiliate with us. You will also do link backs from those who advertise with us. You will be required to advertise on sites at least twice a week.

For the Co admin you will be in charge of enforcing ALL rules, making sure people are doing what they are supposed to be doing, also keeping everything organize and nice looking, You also need to be on as much as possible and help out members and make sure that they are not confused on anything. You need to be VERY helpful

For a bio mod you just need to make sure that people are following the sheet provided and that everything is in check. There will be an acceptance seal that will be given to the two bio mods.

For the coder position, you need to know the ends and out of HTML and CSS, I need someone that can easily make this place look a little more...shall we say professional...

How do I apply?

Please copy the sheet below and REPLY TO THIS THREAD!! The auditions will last for2 weeks, giving people plenty of time to apply. Then the admins will vote and who ever wins will be notified by PM.

Reason Why You Want This Position:

Well, you guys know me pretty well, I think, in the week or so that I‘ve been on the site. I’m a very friendly person (sometimes a little overly friendly and hyper lol), and I’m normally super active: I like to be on almost every moment that I have at home. I like to make things and love helping… and staying busy. When I don’t have anything to do, I tend to make something for myself to do or look for things that I could help others with doing. Anything to keep me working.

I tend to be a bit of a perfectionist. I don’t like posting things that aren’t done. If you could tell, my bios were 100% complete when I posted them as well as my log posts and… this post o.o lol. I tend to check over everything for spelling/grammar errors and try to make it all look and sound sophisticated and organized. No one want’s a messy, clutter-filed site, right?

I have a sense of ‘sitely justice’ (as others have described it in the past). I believe in looking at problems form all sides, remaining biased as I decided what should be done; sides should not be taken based upon person, but upon the actions they take. I have been known to side against my friends because of this belief. However, a good staff member is firm in upholding the rules, but never aggressive or rash, after all, if you’re skilled enough, you can even insult a person politely.

So, that’s my persona, per say, but as for my proboards knowledge, I’m fairly skilled. I know enough about codes to be able to mess with them without hurting anything… I am partially fluent in the html language lol I know how to update side tables and center tables and add images and links and all that little stuff. I can create and organize almost anything, plots, otm threads, activity checks, contests, etc. And of course, I come with the ability to make almost any images you would like me to. ^-^

As I said, I’ve been roleplaying for 8 years now and I like to think I’ve gotten pretty skilled at it. I’m capable of writing however long you want me to (short isn’t really my specialty x.x). My average post size is 300-500 words, but the longest rp post that I have written was a close to 2000 words (you can have a copy if you want ;3 It was a twilight rp. I was a maned werewolf). I have staffed on sites… for almost as long as I have been roleplaying. I owned many of my own, a few that have thrived and grown very large; I’ve shown you my last site, Limbo in Erebus. I am currently only on this site and one other, Time of the Fallen (which was inspired by a previous site I owned), where I also staff as a co-admin.

All in all, I have the time and I‘m willing to spend it here. :3

Reason Why You Want This Position: As far as reasoning goes, let’s face it... I never have a reason nor do I have a method to my madness.. However, I am good with it just the same. Logic need not be in my vocabulary and so I will not use a logical answer to this particular question. Simple enough I have decided I would have fun in a staff position. What better reason than this. Now unfortunately none have gotten to see the true sides that is I misfit and so for many so far I am still a mystery. However I dare you to peel back the layers and challenge my true side to blossom. I am not your typical young adult as I will not be your typical mom soon enough. I am as untamed as any natural disaster and no I am not tooting my own horn. Simple fact is all I assure you.

I like to go with the motions, I hate following a placed out plan. Better to let life throw something at you and see how you fare then to take the easy road when you know what’s ahead. Now I am capable of this responsibility everyone insists I must adopt... However my ways are crude and my demeanour unsettling at times. I will say this however. I have had quite a few experiences as a staff member and I will admit there were a few that were... less than satisfactory. In a few instances, the owners had a habit of making up a wonderful site that showed so much promise and life it was ridiculous. Despite this fact they lost interest in their own site and vanished, leaving me alone to handle things without any warnings. I kept many sites a float when the owners decided to skip off.

In general I am quite the active little thing. Heck I am sick as a dog and still decide to come out to play. Let’s face it, when I like something I don’t let it go... It be like trying to fight me for a chocolate bar... You’re not going to win... lol. And so I am one of the few you can trust to show up day by day, even with my new arrival on the way and spend some time to play and wrestle around with the other kiddies. And with a friendly nature I am happy and willing to help anyone that might ask me of it. Weather its simple Q’s and A’s or someone in need or a role play partner when no one else has the time for them.


So with all that being said... Perhaps some kissing of a butt is in order to assure I receive a staff position? Hehe I’m joking of course, no need to worry there I am not the type to go flaunting about a phony persona to make others happy. I am who I am and it makes myself very happy. I am a random awkward little girl with too much energy for the most part and the mentality of a youth most days. I can have my serious moments but prefer my jump on a whim carefree ways. I simply find its a healthier mind set. And yes in case I have not shown you all yet, I do have my moments where I am overbearing and there will be those days where you want to drown me out... Or simply drown me! XD That’s all I guess. I always hated talking about myself so much... Let’s get back to you.... (insert flirtatious wink here?)

Anywho.. That’s my application to you... Hope it was at least a bit entertaining.
